All of our items are printed to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days and once shipped it typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive within the USA (longer for international orders). While we aim for quick and efficient processing, we recommend giving yourself at least 2 weeks for time sensitive orders (ie gifts or events) to ensure you have your product in time.

We guarantee the quality of our items. If something is wrong with your product when it arrives, please let us know so that we can make it right.

Since all of our products are made to order, we only accept refunds on quality related issues.

• For personalized items, we will print exactly what is typed on your order. Please double check the spelling before you hit submit. 
• Sizing is providing for all items and size tables for apparel. Please take a close look and take your own measurements if needed.
