Our canvas prints are created to order. Creation of the wall art typically takes 3-5 business days and once shipped it typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive within the USA (longer for international orders). While we aim for quick and efficient processing, we recommend giving yourself at least 2 weeks for time sensitive orders (ie gifts or events) to ensure you have your product in time.

We guarantee the quality of our canvas wall art with our Good Vibes Guarantee. If something is wrong with your sign when it arrives, please let us know so that we can make it right.
Since all of our products are customized and made to order, we only accept refunds on quality related issues.
Here are a few tips for success before submitting your order:
We will print exactly what is typed on your order. Please double check the spelling before you hit submit.
Please measure the area you wish to hang your sign prior to ordering if you are concerned about fit.

How to Personalize Your Canvas
1. Choose Your Micro Memory
Choose from a variety of relatable travel memories.
Don't see the a memory that's a perfect match? Send us an email (info@outofofficeoutfitters.com) and request it. We'll let you know when it's ready for you in the collection or create a custom order for you.
2. Choose Your Framing and Size
Choose from 3 different sizes:
- 8x8 inches
- 12x12 inches
- 16x16 inches
Framing (if chosen) is available for 12x12 inches will add a border around this sizing. Want a bigger size in a framed piece? Contact us at info@outofofficeoutfitters.com, we can make it happen.
Choose between framed and unframed.
Framed and unframed options are separate listings within the collection. If you choose a framed canvas, you will have three options for frame colors:
- White
- Natural Wood
- Black
The frames are made from high-quality poplar or pine wood, both FSC-certified, ensuring sustainability and durability.
3. Enter Your Text
Personalization is optional.
If you elect no personalization, we'll remove the two lines you see n the samples.
If you decide to personalize, you can personalize two lines of text.
Line 1: This text will go where you see a location on our samples.
Besides a location, this could also be your names, a short memory, or important phrase. Some examples include:
- "Melissa & Greg"
- "Our Honeymoon"
- "Remember that?"
- "Adventures Together"
Line 2: This text will go where you see the date on the sample designs.
This could be dates, names or short phrases. Some examples include:
- "Melissa & Greg"
